Hemorrhoid Cure


Understanding hemorrhoid cures depends first on understanding what cause them in the first place, after all, you can’t cure them if you don’t know what causes them. Hemorrhoids occur when the blood pressure in the anal veins increases too much, when this happens, it can cause the vein to form a small bulge in it, the bulge is the hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids are graded according to their level of severity, with Grade I being minor and Grade IV being the most serious. If you start making dietary changes early enough it may be completely possible to reduce the symptoms and swelling of Grade I hemorrhoids and minor Grade II hemorrhoids, but once hemorrhoids advance to a serious Grade II or above, more advanced medical and surgical options may be required to eliminate symptoms.

 

Using Fiber as a Hemorrhoid Cure

2) Manage symptoms

Well, fiber is the key to both of these problems, to get the best results possible, adults need to consume at least 25 grams of fiber a day, this is the amount that the FDA recommends, but studies indicate that most people are getting only about half of this amount every day.

Everyone should be eating 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, both of which are excellent sources of vitamins as well as fiber, but sometimes it’s still not always easy to get enough fiber. High fiber cereals and breads are a great option for people having a hard time getting enough fiber in their daily diet, the key is to look for foods that have over 3 or more grams of fiber per serving. If you still seem to be falling short of your dietary fiber needs, then you may need to resort to a bulk fiber, this type of fiber comes in powder form that you add to your regular meals to increase your fiber intake effortlessly.

Hemorrhoid Cure Myths


Beside an improved high fiber diet, there is no miracle hemorrhoid cure. You’ll find a lot of products out there that may market themselves as “cures”, but they’re more treatment than cure.

The good news is that there are a lot of products available on the market that can help you manage symptoms if your condition is more advanced and diet alone doesn’t work, everything from over the counter options such as Preparation H to prescription strength medications. The last resort is surgery and obviously everyone is hoping to avoid this.
